Exceptions / Items not eligible for return

Due to the nature and sensitivity of our products, all LUNERVA GLOW sales are handcrafted to order, and we only accept returns in the following cases:

1. You received the wrong item
2. The order was not delivered by the specified date.
3. The order was damaged in transit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and for further questions and concerns, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue:

Certain items cannot be returned, such as everyday goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal household appliances (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

European Union – 12-hour cancellation period

Notwithstanding, you have the right to cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase without giving any reason. We ask you to contact support immediately after a mistaken purchase and cancel your order as soon as possible.
